Disabled Access

We encourage people with special needs to get in touch with us prior to the event (1300 369 227) so we can provide any info required.

Olympic Park Station and Sydney Olympic Park jetty are wheelchair accessible. City Rail, Sydney Buses, and Sydney Ferries are responsible for ensuring the provision of disabled access on and off all trains, buses and ferries to 'The Great Escape' call them on 131 500 for more info.

If you'll require assistance boarding the festival shuttle buses to and from the entry gates, please contact us at prior to the event, or ask a staffer, who'll be happy to help.

Access for wheelchairs within the festival site will not be problematic. All primary thoroughfares are sealed roads/paths that will allow for ease of movement. Virtually all venues have ground level access and there's minimal stairs. In the instance that you do require help, security or festival staff will be available to provide assistance.

Viewing platforms will be erected on several stages and marked on the Festival Site Map. Our security guards will happily assist people with disabilities to secure appropriate positions in the other venues.

There'll be disabled toilet facilities provided on site, sign-posted and also marked on the Festival Site Map.
