PARKING The main parking area has been allocated at Blaxland Riverside Park, which is adjacent to the festival site (entry is off Jamieson St). To make sure you get a parking spot, you should pre-purchase a parking pass in advance from Ticketek, as the amount of spaces is limited.
Parking for the two days costs $30. (Note: when you head to Ticketek's parking page, simply pull down the drop-down menu to select The Great Escape dates.) It will be possible to pay for parking on arriving to the festival ($15 per day), but you may be re-directed to one of Sydney Olympic Park's structured car parks if the Blaxland Riverside Park fills up. ARRIVING VIA TRAIN Take a train to Sydney Olympic Park (SOP) station. Although some trains go directly to SOP Station, most trips require you to change trains at Lidcombe Station. The trains from Lidcombe to SOP run every 10 minutes on the weekend & public holidays. If you're catching a train on Sunday morning expect it to be busy as the NRL Grand Final is also being held on this day. Visit www.131500.com for Major Event transport information, or call 131 500. The 525 service runs between Burwood and Parramatta with main stops at: Burwood Westfields / Strathfield Station / Sydney Olympic Park Station / Newington / University of Western Sydney (UWS), Nepean Campus Rydalmere / Parramatta Station The 401 service runs between Lidcombe and the Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf with main stops at: Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf / Newington / Sydney Olympic Park Station / Lidcombe Station

FESTIVAL SHUTTLE BUSES Whether you're arriving via train, bus or ferry, or parking in a SOP carpark, you'll then catch a festival shuttle bus to the entry gates. Shuttles will run from first thing Saturday morning throughout the weekend, finishing at 12 noon on Monday. Please note that the last shuttle bus will depart the festival site at midnight on Saturday and Sunday nights. Shuttle Bus Fare: $5 return
